YOUR MISSION:
As a Finance Transformation Director, you will lead the transformation of the finance function at Getnet. Your role will focus on generating growth and preserving business value. We are a product and technology-centric company seeking a global finance expert to support our innovation efforts. Your activities will include:
- Driving the implementation of the Business Strategy in conjunction with Finance Function Transformation, including resource allocation based on the 70/20/10 model, rethinking OKRs, and ensuring scalable tools with granular information support.
- Acting as a proactive business partner and single point of contact for all transformation matters within Finance, establishing a driver-tree logic linking financial and operational KPIs across global tech and product domains.
- Managing and enhancing performance reporting, providing detailed views of KPIs across infrastructure, products, and global domains.
- Evaluating cost-effectiveness and cloud resource utilization, focusing on product development discipline, cost breakdowns, and resource optimization.
- Implementing containerization and orchestration strategies, resource allocation, autoscaling, and real-time cost governance using FinOps practices.
- Managing third-party services and licensing costs, including payments network fees and SaaS tools.
- Establishing a global finance operating model, leveraging cross-country teams and digital tools, and enabling advanced BI and data-driven decision-making.
- Defining and rolling out a target operating model, including cost and revenue engines for strategic allocation and analysis.
- Supporting disciplined investment strategies aligned with core and emerging products, providing monthly insights, P&L analysis, and KPI tracking by product and platform.
- Fostering a user and customer-focused approach, collaborating proactively to design incentive systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- Experience in fintech environments and Big Tech companies.
- 15+ years of product/tech-focused experience, with a proven track record in global companies and change management within payments entities.
- Background in global payments, including acquiring, gateways, and value-added services to merchants.
- Experience leading cross-functional and cross-border projects.
- Strong finance business partnering skills, with a focus on automation and data-driven digital transformation.
- Creative problem-solving, analytical skills, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work effectively with global, multicultural teams and to connect best practices across countries.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences, from engineering teams to senior leadership.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
Desired:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Lean Startup, and Scrum.
