Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Finance Trainee for the Iberia Case Management Team in Madrid. You will support case openings, economic analysis and contract coordination while handling invoicing, WIP, and profitability tracking.

You will work with SAP Hana and Infor systems, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with HR and finance. The role emphasizes risk management, internal controls, and timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 1 year of work experience in a multinational or professional services firm.
• 1 year of experience in project control.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical reasoning abilities.
• High discretion, trustworthiness, and responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Support case management in opening processes, economic analysis and contract coordination.
• Manage client work-in-progress, invoicing, and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with Finance and Staffing to track investments, project performance and profitability
• Develop revenue backlog reports and forecasts.
• Monitor weekly billability and financial performance
• Improve financial processes and policies (T&E, invoicing, collections)
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting
• Review client contracts for compliance with terms and internal policies (ICERTIS)
• Maintain SAP system alignment with local offices
• Record invoices and cash collections
• Manage employee records and HR-finance synchronization
• Conduct risk management and ensure internal controls
• Process timesheets and ensure accuracy in Infor system
