Sandoz invites applications for a Finance internship in the Iberia Corporate Finance team in Madrid. You will support monthly financial processes, dashboards, and cost analyses, collaborating with internal partners and external vendors.

The role requires a finance-related degree in progress, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. SAP experience is a plus, and the internship may include university collaboration.

Formación

• Pursuing a finance-related degree with internship agreement option.
• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping or finance support is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting/finance fundamentals.
• Excellent English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem solving and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in communication with local ReWaM outsourced partners.
• Validate monthly ReWaM invoices before SAP processing.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track actions.
• Support analysis of personnel cost allocation.
• Review cost center mappings for GCC Madrid.
• Develop dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to track budget vs actual.
• Create purchase orders for ReWaM and indirect categories.
• Assist in reviewing financial statements and variance analyses.
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal controls testing.
• Monitor activities to align with objectives.
• Support ad-hoc financial tasks and analysis.
• Contribute to maintaining financial tools.
