Hyatt is seeking an Accounting System Installer to lead BirchStreet implementations across the Europe, Africa and Middle East hotels. You will work with hotel teams, vendors and regional stakeholders to deliver openings, acquisitions, transitions and system upgrades while ensuring teams have tools, training and support to succeed.

Location: EU, with travel across the EAME region. You will manage configurations, data mappings, supplier onboarding and marketplace administration, ensuring seamless

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience supporting hotel finance systems and related implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure, and enhance BirchStreet across Hyatt hotels in the EAME region.
• Coordinate system implementations for openings, acquisitions, transitions, conversions and upgrades.
• Support integrations between BirchStreet and ERP, PMS, POS and eInvoice systems.
• Configure user access, supplier data, catalogs, and finance mappings before handover.
• Lead or support regional finance projects including data migration and training.
• Troubleshoot finance system and procurement issues with testing and user acceptance.
• Provide ongoing eInvoice support, ensuring supplier readiness and compliance.
