Description :

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.
• Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
• Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced : upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
• Support the team in other markets as needed.
• Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
• Support at customer events in the market.
• Support in market development and system adaptation.

What are we looking for?

Native or bilingual in Spanish and English.

Proactive and positive attitude.

Service oriented.

You are a technology geek. If you know our products, it is a plus.

You are passionate about customer care.

Experience working in a SaaS company.

Useful :

Knowledge of other additional languages : Portuguese, Italian, French...

A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.

Stable full-time contract.

Salary : 20k + bonus.

Training provided by the company : we offer free Spanish and English lessons for all our employees, as well as trainings about tools or skills useful for your role or team.
