Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Finance Project Lead based in Madrid. The role focuses on designing and deploying finance-related processes, ensuring controls, compliance, and accurate reporting across the three Spanish factories.

The ideal candidate has a finance degree, 2–3 years in finance, and experience in manufacturing cost accounting, with strong communication skills in Spanish and English to work across multidisciplinary teams in an international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance departments; Big4 a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing sites and cost accounting is desirable.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business from the Finance point of view and collaborate with Supply Chain, Stock Management, or Engineering.
• Lead the design and deployment phases of finance-related processes and system requirements.
• Ensure financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting needs are integrated in the MERP.
• Track and analyze Capex and Opex budgets for the 3 Spanish factories.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team. The Finance Project Lead (M/F) will be based in Madrid.

On a typical day you will:

• Understand business from the Finance point of view and collaborate with different teams across the company such as Supply Chain, Stock Management or Engineering.
• Lead the design and deployment phases of finance related processes and system requirements.
• Ensure financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting needs are properly integrated in the new MERP.
• Track and analyze Capex and Opex budget for the 3 Spanish factories.

What You Will Need to be Successfu l:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance
• At least 2 or 3 years’ experience within Finance departments; Big4 experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing sites and cost accounting is desirable.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in an international environment
• Exceptional communication skills and proactive approach.
• Fluent in Spanish and English are required
