We are assisting our client in seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Product Manager to lead the development and management of the company's products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both finance and product management, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation in payment solutions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities :

• Product Development : Lead the end-to-end development of financial products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
• Financial Oversight : Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth.
• Customer Focus : Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance user experience.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of payment processing systems, financial analytics, and related technologies.
• Analytical Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed strategic decisions.
