We are a fast-growing startup with a clear mission : delivering innovative products to customers worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on and experienced professional to lead our finance and operations functions — someone ready to build solid foundations and grow with us.

Your Role

As Finance & Operations Manager , you will work closely with the CEO and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial structure and supporting our day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Full management of the company’s accounting (internally or in coordination with an external advisor).
• Managing all purchasing processes and supplier relationships.
• Overseeing payments and customer collections.
• Maintaining relationships with banking partners.
• Budget control and financial reporting.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports for internal use and investors.
• Coordinating grants and project-based funding reports.
• Contributing to operational improvements and efficiency processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Solid track record in accounting and financial management.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Strong command of English (C1 or higher).
• Problem-solving mindset, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
