Glovo is seeking a Finance Process Excellence Manager to design, standardize, and optimize core finance processes across Order-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Master Data Management.

You will lead a high-performing team (5-7 direct reports), drive operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for automation and digital transformation initiatives.

This role focuses on governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement to support scalable growth across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize core finance processes across O2C, I2P, R2R, and Master Data Management.
• Lead a high-performing finance team (5-7 direct reports) to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Prepare processes for automation by identifying RPA/AI opportunities and documenting workflows.
