As a part of Local Finance team, you will be working directly with the Local Managing Director and all departments and will be responsible for the coordination of all the accounting and financial activities in Spain OlyBet Business Entities and support Ceuta’ s office management.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with local legislation and Group policies, and timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Manage tax and audit processes, including the preparation and submission of statutory reports, ensuring full adherence to Spanish and Ceuta regulations and coordination with external auditors.
  • Lead the local finance department, fostering a collaborative work environment while continuously reviewing and improving financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Act as a key point of contact for finance-related matters, providing timely responses to inquiries from Management and Group Finance, and assisting in additional tasks as needed.
  • Oversee administrative and operational support, including Ceuta office management, coordination of business travel, and collaboration with the local HR Manager on HR-related initiatives.

Does this sound like you?

  • A degree is required in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and Spain / Ceuta Tax legislation.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience with Navision accounting software would be an advantage.
