As part of the Local Finance team, you will work directly with the Local Managing Director and other departments. You will be responsible for coordinating all accounting and financial activities in the Spain OlyBet Business Entities and supporting Ceuta’s office management.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with local legislation and Group policies, and timely closing processes.
  • Manage tax and audit processes, including preparing and submitting statutory reports, ensuring compliance with Spanish and Ceuta regulations, and coordinating with external auditors.
  • Lead the local finance department, fostering collaboration and continuously improving financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Act as a key contact for finance-related inquiries from Management and Group Finance, providing timely responses and supporting additional tasks as needed.
  • Oversee administrative and operational support, including Ceuta office management, business travel coordination, and collaboration with the local HR Manager on HR initiatives.

Does this sound like you?

  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and Spanish/Ceuta Tax legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Navision accounting software is an advantage.
