Jobtailor in Barcelona is seeking a Finance & Operations Lead to own budgeting, track variances, and deliver leadership-ready financial reports. You will design and improve core agency processes and oversee delivery quality across all pillars of the agency.

Additionally, you will define and drive AI strategy across the company, ensuring strong governance, KPIs, and compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación
