We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting activities, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Maintain rigorous compliancewith all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Control and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally with other departments to align financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with HFM and Kyriba.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demostrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in business groups with international presence and parent/subsidiary structures.
