Glovap, a fast-growing technology company, seeks a skilled finance professional to manage local accounting in Spain and lead financial operations from Madrid. The role focuses on compliance with Spanish standards, AR/AP, and close processes while coordinating with HQ and external advisors.

Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC) and a background in retail, electronics, or trading enhances candidacy. Fluent in Chinese and Spanish is advantageous for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Familiar with Spanish accounting standards and local tax practices.
• Experience in local finance, accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or general ledger.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
• Finance experience in channels such as distribution, retail, consumer electronics, or trading preferred.
• Working languages include Chinese and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Handle the company’s local accounting in Spain, ensuring compliance with Spanish accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Manage local accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer and supplier reconciliations, etc.
• Follow up on local tax filings, monthly and annual closing, and related financial reports.
• Optimize financial processes and improve the standardization and efficiency of finance operations.
• Maintain communication with the headquarters finance team, external accounting firms, and tax advisors.
• Assist in building and managing the local finance team in Spain according to the company’s business development needs.

Requirements

• Familiar with Spanish accounting standards and local tax practices.
• Experience in local finance, accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or general ledger.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred; experience with other ERP or finance systems is also acceptable.
• Finance experience in channel sales, distribution, retail, consumer electronics, or trading industries is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and awareness of process improvement.
• Language: Chinese and Spanish can be used as working languages.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
