Revolut is seeking a Finance Manager to implement accounting controls in France. You will support audit processes and ensure timely, high-quality financial data to guide business decisions.

You will manage statutory and consolidated GL accounts, close cycles, and IFRS alignment within a fast‑growing fintech environment. You bring 5+ years in finance/controlling, strong French GAAP knowledge, and a master’s degree.

• 5+ years of consulting or banking experience in a similar finance and/or controlling role.
• Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience with French GAAP.

• A master’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or economics.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare statutory and consolidated GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite per French GAAP.
• Coordinate the accounting and month‑end closing process.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books for monthly and annual reporting.
• Prepare analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounting policy updates per French GAAP, IFRS, and group policies.
• Deliver process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency via automation and controls.
• Participate in annual and interim audits.
• Advise on accounting and reporting issues.
• Contribute to and define consolidation and financial control processes.

We're looking for a Finance Manager to implement accounting and financial controls in France. Using your technical expertise, you'll support the audit process and ensure the business receives high‑quality, timely financial data on which to base its decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with French GAAP
• Coordinating the accounting and month‑end closing process
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
• Managing the accounting policy, ensuring it’s up‑to‑date and the latest changes in French GAAP, IFRS, and group policies are implemented
• Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Advising on accounting and reporting issues
• Contributing to and defining consolidation, as well as financial control processes and procedures
