Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee non-financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate submissions across Western Europe. You will work with Compliance to translate complex regulations into scalable processes.

You'll bring 2+ years in regulatory reporting within financial services, preferably with Big4 exposure, and demonstrated ability to coordinate reports with regulators while improving reporting frameworks.

Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory reporting or audit within a bank or regulated financial services firm.
  • Experience as a consultant or auditor focused on regulatory reporting in a Big 4 or similar environment.
  • Proven track record coordinating regulatory reports for financial institutions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in developing and improving frameworks to compile new and existing reports.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain and update non-financial regulatory reports and key information for France (e.g., labour inspection, over-indebtedness committee, Egapro)
  • Prepare the same for future EU markets as part of our migration scoping
  • Ensure key stakeholders have the proper production tools, processes, and roadmap to meet regulator expectations
  • Coordinate setup, changes, or remediations to listed regulatory reports
  • Submit regulatory reports in coordination with the regulator

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast‑moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee non‑financial reporting (HR, credit, fraud, etc.) while contributing to our expansion in Western Europe. You’ll ensure our regulatory reports are on time and flawlessly executed.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Maintain and update non‑financial regulatory reports and key information for France (e.g., labour inspection, over‑indebtedness committee, Egapro)
  • Prepare the same for future EU markets as part of our migration scoping
  • Ensure key stakeholders have the proper production tools, processes, and roadmap to meet regulator expectations
  • Coordinate setup, changes, or remediations to listed regulatory reports

What You’ll Need

  • The ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements

  • The ability to work independently and manage workload proactively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to thrive in a diverse, international team environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Nice to Have
  • Proficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (Axiom)
  • Expertise in regulatory policy
  • Involvement in software and IT platform change initiatives
