Role Overview :

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Finance Manager to join our team in Barcelona . The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee financial planning and business analysis.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Manage investor relations and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Deliver strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial objectives with company goals.

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of audit experience in a top-tier firm (Big Four preferred) .
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and managing investor relations.
• Ability to deliver high-level financial and strategic advice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required .
• Arabic language skills are a strong plus .
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Experience in the investment or financial services industry is highly desirable.

Compensation : Annual gross salary : €45,000
