Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión financiera y análisis en la industria hotelera.
• Capacidad para analizar grandes volúmenes de datos y extraer información útil.

Your role

We are seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budget control, and operational execution of the company's finances. This role will report directly to the VP of Finance, being responsible for implementing and improving financial procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Your Journey

• Supervise and manage accounting processes, financial control, and periodic reports.
• Implement and optimize budget control processes and expense tracking.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the process of monthly and annual accounting closures.

Financial Analysis and Control

• Develop financial analysis and provide key insights for operational decision-making.
• Monitor financial KPIs and propose initiatives to improve profitability.
• Control cash flow and support short- and medium-term financial planning.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and optimizing accounting and control processes.

Internal Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operations.
• Prepare financial reports for the VP of Finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

What do you bring to your trip?

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. (MBA or certifications such as CPA / CFA are a plus).
• 5+ years in financial management, budget control, and financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or retail industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP tools (SAP, NetSuite, Odoo), and financial analysis software.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable insights.
• Ability to optimize processes and work in dynamic environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Spanish & English proficiency is required.
