About the Team Hiring :

Overview : The Finance Manager oversees the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, risk management, and reporting. They ensure financial goals are met and resources are used efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the accounting team or external resources.
  • Ensure timely reporting and control analysis.
  • Oversee cash management and year-end statements.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
  • Manage contracts related to insurance, rent, and vehicle leases, adhering to group policies.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team.
  • Handle legal tasks with legal counsel, such as shareholder meetings or mergers.
  • Plan budgets and forecasts.
  • Implement new information systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Act as the local budget gatekeeper and perform variance analysis.
  • Partner with sales and technical teams.

Key Success Indicators :

  • Gross Margin, EBITDA, DSO.
  • Team management and retention.
  • Preparation of annual audited financial statements with no reserves.
  • Alignment with sales analysis.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 10-15 years of experience, including at least 5 in a similar role.
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Experience with monthly closing processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
