• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

What Would You Do As Our Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will manage and control overall financial reporting and accounting operations, providing day-to-day support to the business and overseeing financial performance.

You Would Also Be Responsible For

• Ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting in line with IFRS and company standards
• Preparing and supervising budgets, forecasts, and management reporting, including KPI analysis and performance tracking
• Driving financial control, risk management, and compliance, including audits and governance processes
• Supporting cash flow optimization, working capital management, and investment monitoring (CAPEX)
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business and supervising local payroll activities and HR administrative support

The Skills And Experience You Need

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within an international environment
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Is comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders across regions
• Has strong analytical skills and is able to translate financial data into business insights
• Is fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and consolidation tools like OneStream.
