SKIDATA, Madrid-based, seeks an ERP Application Engineer to shape and support our finance systems globally. You will bridge technology and business, focusing on finance processes and ERP administration, with exposure to Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You will drive ERP rollouts, third-party integrations, and continuous improvements while coordinating with stakeholders across an international landscape.

Formación

• Experience with finance processes: accounts payable/receivable, GL, fixed assets, bank management, reporting.
• Support for core ERP applications and finance-focused configurations.
• Experience in international/global company environments and end-user documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert ERP finance-process support and handle change requests.
• Own application administration for MS Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 FO.
• Plan and support ERP rollouts for finance processes and tools.
• Coordinate financial integrations of Dynamics add-ins and third-party applications.
• Design sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues in finance systems.
• Coordinate with external partners and key users to move projects forward.
• Create/maintain functional specs, user manuals, and support documentation.
• Monitor interfaces for financial transactions to ensure smooth operations.

If you thrive on solving complex finance-process challenges, enjoy being the vital link between technology and business, and are eager to make a lasting impact on our finance systems, this is your chance to shine.**What You'll Do*** **Finance Process Support:** Provide expert support for ERP issues and change requests with a focus on finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, bank management, and reporting.* **Application Administration:** Own application administration for our core ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.* **ERP Rollouts:** Plan, prepare, and support ERP rollouts for finance processes and tools, including key user and end user training.* **Third-Party Integration:** Coordinate the financial integration of Dynamics add-ins and third-party applications, such as contract and HR tools.* **Continuous Improvement:** Design sustainable solutions that prevent recurring issues and drive continuous improvement across our finance systems.* **Stakeholder Coordination:** Communicate and coordinate with external partners and key users to keep projects moving forward.* **Documentation:** Maintain and update functional specifications, user manuals, and support documentation.* **Interface Monitoring:** Monitor interfaces for financial transactions to ensure smooth, reliable operations.In this role, you'll be at the heart of our finance systems landscape, ensuring smooth operations while helping shape their future direction.
