Perhaps you've already had a career path in the drone, aerospace, or automotive sectors and are looking for your next big challenge. If you're seeking a startup role that has the potential to evolve into a top executive position in a global company, you've landed in the right place!

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Finance Lead with strong expertise in the mobility, logistics and/or aerospace sector for a 40h/month part-time position. This position requires a mix of financial expertise, fundraising experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Company's financial planning, management of financial risks, and record-keeping.
• Prepare the company's fundraising process and documentation from the financial side.
• Define and implement strategic financial initiatives that align with our vision and business goals.
• Prepare and support applications for public funding grants.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid in business decisions.
• Develop and maintain systems for financial accounting, control, and reporting.
• Compliance with best tax practices for startups in Spain.
• Handle investor relations, ensuring transparency and building confidence.
• Prepare the company for future scalability, from startup phase to a multinational entity.

Desired Requirements:

• Must-Have: Having led or taken part in fundraising rounds.
• Highly Valued: Having successfully raised funds through public grants and calls.
• Solid experience in financial management, accounting, or similar.
• Prior exposure to the drone, aerospace, or automotive industries is a plus.
• Experience in the startup ecosystems.
• Strong organizational and strategic skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage an upcoming startup into a rapidly growing company.
