Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Finance Intern to support our finance department in day-to-day tasks, contributing to accurate budgeting and reporting.

You will assist with Purchase Orders, invoicing, month-end analysis, and treasury forecasting, gaining hands-on experience in SAP FICO and MS Office.

This internship is ideal for a business graduate in ADE or Economics with fluent English, seeking exposure to corporate finance in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Business graduate in ADE/Economics or similar field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP FICO is a plus.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order follow-up and tracking against budget vs. actual.
• Invoicing: match forecast vs. actual receipts before month-end.
• Participate in granted programs providing required information in time/format.
• End-of-month process: analyze OPEX before final data delivery.
• Treasury: weekly bank reconciliation and treasury forecast.

YOUR TASKS

• Purchase Order Follow up. Monitorization between Budget vs Real.
• Invoicing. Match Forecast vs Real receptions before end of month.
• Granted Programs. To participate providing the necessary information in time and format.
• End of Month process. Analysis of the OPEX before provide final data needs to be delivered.
• Treasury. Bank Conciliation and Treasury Forecast in a weekly basis.

YOUR PROFILE

• Business Graduate. Preferably in ADE, Economics or similar fields.
• Knowledge of Office & SAP FICO is a plus.
• Fluent in English
