Job summary

Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical company with international presence, is seeking a Finance & Controller Trainee to join our Finance team. This role offers exposure to financial closing, budgeting and performance analysis within a dynamic, international environment.

You will work on data-driven insights, collaborate with accounting, and contribute to cost and profitability analyses while developing your finance career in a hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of financial controlling and reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Excel skills for data management and analysis.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, especially with non-financial stakeholders.
• High level of English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process.
• Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Contribute to cost, margin and profitability analysis.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Participate in the monitoring and reporting of different subsidiaries.
• Work with financial data to generate insights and support decision-making.
