Rakuten TV is seeking a Finance Graduate to join their dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage invoicing, assist with accounting processes, and contribute to financial audits. Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate booking of invoices.
  • Maintain active communication with providers regarding invoices and payments.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Review employee expenditures and reimbursement.
  • Assist with accounts receivable function and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support on new tool and system implementation.
  • Support on internal and external audit.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or related.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Excel.
