Our client is a renowned freight and logistics company headquartered in China. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their branches in Barcelona and Madrid. The position offers a permanent contract, requiring candidates to be proficient in three languages and possess valid work permits in Spain.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily Accounting : Manage all accounting activities for the Spanish entity, including voucher entry, document review, reconciliation, write-offs, receipts, payments, and related financial tasks.
  • Financial Statements : Prepare and report financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and conduct financial analysis.
  • Tax Management : Oversee tax declarations, stay updated on tax regulations, identify tax risks, and ensure compliance with business tax norms.
  • Treasury Management : Handle banking relations, prepare budgets, manage daily funds, and support financial cooperation with banks and financial institutions, including account management, fund settlement, and loan applications.
  • Risk Management : Collaborate with the General Manager in Spain to supervise operations, identify potential financial risks, oversee fund recovery, deposit management, and ensure financial data security.
  • Provide financial support during the company bank account setup process.
  • Coordinate with system operation and development teams for system updates, commissioning, and online management.
  • Assist the General Manager with various tasks as per company systems.
  • Promote and implement the group's financial policies and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Chinese as working languages.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role, familiar with financial software, MS Office, Excel, and local financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous, patient, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of explaining and analyzing financial data effectively.
