The role leads Finance and Administration, drives cash flow, controls and reporting, and champions process optimization across the finance function.

The candidate brings a BA and MBA, 8+ years in finance, Big Four background, and strong English to collaborate with international stakeholders and senior management.

Formación

• BA Degree and MBA are required or preferred.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Finance with progressive responsibility.
• Big Four background (Audit / Accounting Advisory) providing a strong technical accounting and reporting foundation.
• In-house experience in a medium-sized or international company, ideally in Financial Management / FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, FP&A, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting with a business-oriented approach.
• International experience and strong English, with the ability to work with senior management and lead Finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Lead and coordinate the Finance and Administration functions including accounting operations, monthly and annual closing and financial reporting.
• Oversee liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory requirements across international operations and coordinate audits and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, monitoring profitability and KPIs, and develop tools for clear management visibility.
• Lead, develop and coordinate the Finance and Administration team, driving digitization and automation of finance processes.

Reporting to CEO, the Finance Director will be responsible for the following tasks.

Financial Strategy & Business Partnership

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligned with its long-term objectives. Partner with ownership and Country Managers, providing financial insights and supporting key strategic and operational decisions.

Finance & Accounting Management

Lead and coordinate the Finance and Administration functions, overseeing accounting operations, monthly and annual closing processes, financial reporting and the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Treasury, Cash Flow & Working Capital

Oversee liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, working capital and banking relationships. Manage foreign exchange exposure and ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of financial resources.

Tax, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory requirements across the company's international operations. Coordinate tax matters, external audits and internal controls, while identifying and mitigating key financial and operational risks.

Financial Planning, Control & Performance

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, monitoring profitability, costs and key business KPIs. Develop tools and reporting capabilities that provide management with clear and timely visibility of business performance.

Team Leadership & Process Transformation

Lead, develop and coordinate the Finance and Administration team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive the digitalization, automation and optimization of finance processes and systems.

Candidate Profile

BA Degree, MBA.

At least 8 years of professional experience in Finance, with progressive responsibility.

Big Four background (Audit / Accounting Advisory), providing a strong technical accounting and reporting foundation.

Subsequent in-house experience in a medium-sized or international company, ideally in Financial Management / FP&A.

Strong knowledge of Accounting, FP&A, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting, combined with a clear business-oriented approach.

International experience and strong English, with proven ability to work closely with senior management and lead Finance teams.
