Formación

• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in finance.
• 8+ years of experience in leadership.
• Proven expertise in fundraising, contract negotiation, and international operations.

Finance Director – Barcelona | Global Mobility Manufacturing Company

A fast-growing international company in the mobility sector is looking for a Finance Director to lead its financial operations and support global growth. This is a key leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on financial management in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Oversee accounting, payroll, investor reporting, and financial controls
• Drive the company’s global tax strategy, including compliance and optimization
• Manage legal, banking, and insurance matters across multiple geographies
• Play an active role in fundraising, contract negotiations, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with senior leadership on strategy and operational decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in finance
• 8+ years of experience in leadership
• Solid experience at not only large but smaller (
• Proven expertise in fundraising, international operations, and contract negotiation
• Solid knowledge of corporate finance law, risk management, and tax compliance
• CPA certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, agile mindset with a strong hands-on approach
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
