Job summary

Ebury is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel – Finance or Derivatives Lawyer to join our London team on a hybrid basis (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). You will provide high‑quality legal advice to stakeholders globally and support growth initiatives in financial and commercial matters.

Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, you will help shape Ebury’s global legal strategy. The role requires a proactive mindset, financial product knowledge, and at least 3 years of legal experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years in banking & finance or derivatives.
• Experience in private practice or in-house environments.
• Fluent English with strong drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review ISDAs, FX terms and supplier finance terms for a global client base.
• Contribute to product design and expansion into new markets with legal input.
• Prepare customer documentation for funds, SPVs and complex structures.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, HR, Operations and other teams to resolve queries.
• Lead on corporate structuring matters in coordination with CFO/ CLO and global footprint.
