Tradebe is seeking a Finance Controller Manager to join the Life Sciences & Health & Nutrition division in Sant Joan Despí. You will lead accounting, tax and reporting, drive improvements and support strategic decision-making.

You will manage a finance team of about 10 people, oversee monthly closings, external audit, GAAP compliance, cash flow forecasting and collaboration with international stakeholders, including US teams, with potential involvement in M&A.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in external audit (Big 4 or similar).
• Experience in multinational environments; strong financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Team management experience is a must.
• Fluent English; proactive and self-starter mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a finance team (+/- 10 people).
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring deadlines.
• Lead the external audit process and be the main point of contact.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and financial regulations.
• Drive cash flow reporting, forecasting and analysis.

• Support M&A / integration processes.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.

Our core business focuses on environmental services and recycling, but we have expanded into other strategic areas such as Health & Nutrition, Life Sciences (purification, flavors, fragrances and ingredients), as well as Port Services.

We are currently looking for a Finance Controller Manager to join our Life Sciences & Health & Nutrition division, a key role with international exposure and direct reporting to the CFO.

Your Role

As Finance Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business, leading accounting, tax and reporting activities while driving improvements and supporting strategic decision-making.

You will:

• Lead and develop a finance team (+/- 10 people).


• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring strict deadlines


• Lead the external audit process and be the main point of contact


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations


• Drive cash flow reporting, forecasting and analysis


• Collaborate with international stakeholders (including US teams)

What we’re looking for
