CAE Defence & Security – Indo-Pacific is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Mirabel team. You will support contract administration and financial activities, collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting, billing and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a DEC in accounting or administration, and advanced Excel and MS Office skills. Fluency in French and English is essential, with hybrid work arrangements available.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in project administration, finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; autonomous problem solving.
• Bilingual French and English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Support contract administration and financial activities to enhance program performance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support budgeting, billing and financial tracking.
• Prepare proformas, budgets and monthly financial reporting.
• Manage billing processes including credit notes and expense validation.
• Create, track and maintain purchase orders.
