Job summary

Mercor in Spain seeks experienced finance professionals fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real finance work as it's done in Spain.

This is a remote, part-time role (~21 hours/week), with an hourly pay arrangement and a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19. Candidates should bring finance experience across corporate finance, banking, investment or audit, and a bachelor’s degree in

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).
