Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced finance professionals to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic Spanish finance tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real finance work as it's done in Spain.

The role is remote, approximately 21 hours per week, paid hourly, with a pilot running from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).
