Job summary

Mercor seeks experienced finance professionals fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic finance tasks within the Spanish context. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create scoring rubrics reflecting Spain's financial practices.

The role is remote, approximately 21 hours per week, hourly, with a pilot running from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).
