We are looking for a/anFinance Business Partner WIBU Iberiato join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accountingteam in Spain. As a Finance Business Partner, you will combine financial expertise with business acumen to support decision-making and drive business performance at the country level. You will serve as a bridge between finance and operations, ensuring financial insights and analysis are integrated into business decisions within the specific country's context.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Review strategic plans at the country level, providing financial insights and recommendations to support local business growth and goals
  • Establish and maintain a performance management framework tailored to the specific country’s needs
  • Develop the annual budget and manage detailed financial planning for country-specific operations
  • Refresh rolling forecasts to reflect changing business and economic conditions
  • Perform plan analytics to identify risks and opportunities, develop risk management strategies, and provide actionable insights to mitigate financial risks
  • Define costing outcomes, develop cost frameworks, and ensure accurate cost control with a focus on optimizing local operations
  • Plan and manage capital programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization of capital assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Provide financial insights during the tendering process, focusing on cost estimation, pricing strategy development, and profitability for local projects
  • Maintain relationships with local stakeholders, providing strategic financial insights aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the country’s senior leadership, influencing decision-making at the local level

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, business planning, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior leadership and present financial insights clearly.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with in-depth understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Tagetik, Qlik Sense, integrated ERP systems, and strong MS Office skills.
  • Proficiency in English and experience with BI tools.
