We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Lead to join our team and support the Director of Finance in driving financial excellence across the organization. In this role, you will have a significant impact on financial reporting, cost control, and operational efficiency, while also working to mitigate financial risks. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that financial insights are clearly communicated and that all financial operations are aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Director of Finance to help create and manage the company’s annual budget.
Take the lead on the budgeting and reforecasting process, collaborating with department heads and cost center managers to gather input.
Ensure department heads have clear insights into their budget performance and provide guidance on any adjustments needed when variances or unexpected expenses arise.
Act as a key communicator between finance and other departments, ensuring financial information is clearly shared and understood across the business.
Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports and dashboards for leadership and department heads to keep them informed.
Perform monthly analysis to compare actual spending with budget and forecasts.Oversee Publishing waivers & discounts reporting and analysis in collaboration with the AR Manager; providing strategic input and reporting improvements where required.
Coordinate with teams including accounting, payroll, people operations, and corporate solutions to ensure all financial data is accurate and reliable.
Continuously work on improving budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with the finance systems analyst to enhance reporting tools.

Experience in cost management
Business case development to assist departments in budget request
Technical skills
Advance excel skills
Familiarity with ERP systems for managing financial operations and reporting (preferably Workday)
Ability to continuously improve financial reporting structure according to company needs

Communication : Ability to clearly convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across departments.
Collaboration : Strong team player, capable of working cross-functionally with department heads, accounting, payroll, and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
Problem-Solving : Ability to address and resolve issues related to budgeting, variances, and unexpected expenses, providing practical solutions and guidance to stakeholders.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis, ensuring that all data is reliable and aligns with company expectations and standards.
Experience & Education
University degree in finance or accounting
