We are looking for a

• Finance Business Analyst
• to be part of our Finance team.

Your main role will be to bring analytical review related to Trade transactions and assure the correct accountancy of all of them. You will work closely with the Accounting Department, the Controlling Team, the Air suppliers Team, as well as Procurement and various finance-related projects.

Main responsibilities

1. Analyse and review data of different products, customers, and suppliers.
2. Enhance data analytics to enable greater insight, including analysis of financial discrepancies related to system reconciliation.
3. Investigate and understand complex accounting processes and their impact on the P&L.
4. Review monthly closing BS and P&L by dimensions (market, channel, third parties, product).
5. Optimize work papers and processes proactively.
6. Maintain continuous contact with other finance and non-finance departments.
7. Support junior analysts and review their work.
8. Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting principles.
9. Review YTD tendencies, bookings, distribution per site, and amounts for inconsistencies and communicate findings.
10. Understand and anticipate product flow issues and integration challenges.
11. Assist stakeholders with accounting matters and EBITDA follow-up, supporting new product integration.
12. Experience in creating and automating database reports using SQL.
13. Knowledge of analytical software: SQL, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in data analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
