ING Hubs Spain is seeking a hands-on Finance Specialist to support the finance function in Spain. The role blends financial control, reporting, process management and automation initiatives, with monthly reporting coordination and potential accounting activities.

You will work with an external service provider for accounting and statutory reporting, develop finance processes, drive efficiency, and participate in finance systems projects while ensuring data integrity and timely management

Formación

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
5-6 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of Spanish accounting, tax, and IFRS.
Analytical and data-oriented mindset.
Experience with outsourced accounting providers is a plus.
Experience in fast-growing organizations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate monthly closing with external accounting provider and review records.
Prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly financial and management reporting.
Coordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audit requirements.
Create and document finance processes and controls in line with standards.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Participate in the implementation of finance systems and automation initiatives.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports and support intercompany invoicing.
