Overview
Role Purpose
Responsible to provide support to Finance through project creation and maintenance of project data in SAP. Also creation of billing and management of timesheets for Oceania following the JSOX requirements, approvals and limits of authority with regards to projects, billing and timesheets and guided by Oceania policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for creation of projects and maintenance of project data in SAP
- Responsible in raising sales orders, and creating invoices
- Management of timesheets in SAP
- Coordinate with resolver groups
- Address queries and other concerns raised by the business in relation to projects, timesheets and billings
- Always comply with JSOX requirements, approval and limits of Authority with regards to process on projects, timesheets and billing
- Perform work-related tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant course
- With at least 1 year of work experience in Billing Administration, AP, AR or General Accounting, preferably gained from BPO or Shared Services environment
- Has basic understanding of project principles, accounting principles and Financial Reporting Software
- Preferably with knowledge in SAP Accounting system
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Can communicate to all levels i.e., local team, clients, onshore suppliers and project managers
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment like Fujitsu GDC
- Has strong time management skills
- Has strict attention to detail
- A team player
- Okay with morning shift
- Okay to work on extended hours and work during holidays
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
