Formación

• 1+ year of experience in an office environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and fluent English is a must.

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of our expanding finance team, reporting to a Finance Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting key financial processes. Your contributions will help drive the company’s success:

1. Accounts Payable: Maintain vendor records, process and record vendor invoices, validate vendor bank details, track and record credit card & employee expenses, prepare and propose payment runs.
2. Accounts Receivable: Maintain customer records, issue sales invoices promptly, prepare customer billing grids.
3. Intercompany Transactions: Record intercompany invoices, assist in intercompany reconciliation.
4. Banking & Financial Support: Perform weekly bank reconciliations, manage passthrough and investigator costs, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, support financial audits, contribute to financial reporting, assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Skills:

1. Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must.
2. At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Desirable Skills:

1. Degree in Finance or currently working in a financial position.
2. Experience with Microsoft Navision / Dynamics 365 is a plus.
