We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong knowledge in financial management, administration, and organizational leadership. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building and implementing robust internal systems, overseeing production centers and resources, controlling accounting operations, and managing grants, tenders, and strategic financing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and optimize professional financial and administrative processes.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial controls.
• Manage grant applications, public funding, and private tenders.
• Support investment rounds preparation and manage investor relations.
• Supervise production centers and operational resources.
• Represent Transkriptorium in international forums and institutional events.
• Actively participate in strategic decision-making as a core member of the management team.

Requirements :

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Solid experience in financial and administrative management, preferably in startups, technology, or international environments.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English.
• High degree of assertiveness, empathy, and professionalism when presenting to international audiences.
