The EU Fashion Finance organization seeks a Finance Analyst to Retail Shoes & Apparel business.

An expert in navigating complex formulas, systems, and processes to provide strategic guidance, tactical direction, and decision support to the Softlines Private Brands leadership team.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Business partnership with teams on strategic initiatives and critical organizational goals
• Financial data mining, modeling and analytics to identify strategic opportunities, support new initiatives, and measure progress on critical goals
• Controllership of the business, including ensuring data integrity
• Ownership of key financial and operational performance metrics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience • IT literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• A strong desire to exceed expectations
• Highly analytical and detail oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in relevant commercial finance business partner roles.
