Alea is seeking an analytical finance professional to own the receivables and payments cycle end to end within a complex B2B billing environment. This role requires understanding revenue concepts, cross-system reconciliation, and proactive process improvement.

You will join a finance team focused on automation and validation, growing into broader responsibilities as you identify patterns, design controls, and report clearly on billing and collections for management.

Formación

• 2+ years in audit, accounting, or a finance/analyst role; Big 4 background a plus.
• Exposure to full-cycle accounting (invoicing, reconciliation, reporting).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own the invoicing cycle: generate and issue invoices on time.
• Monitor payment status, follow up on overdue accounts, and drive collections.
• Resolve billing discrepancies by tracing root causes and correcting issues.
• Review supplier invoices against transactions and terms; investigate variances.
• Design validation processes for incoming supplier invoices.
• Build understanding of Alea's billing structure to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts regularly and explain variances.
• Maintain clean, well-documented billing/transaction records.
• Identify manual steps and propose automation or streamlining.
• Prepare clear reporting on billing, collections, and account status.
