This position will identify and develop organic growth opportunities, support operational business plans, and lead special projects that align with our company priorities. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by collaborating with key players and ensuring the success of commercial development.
Main Responsibilities
Commercial Development and Growth
- Commercial Model Design Lead: Develop and lead end-to-end commercial models for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Organic Growth Opportunities: Identify and develop organic strategic opportunities at the headquarters level, including cross-country initiatives with major clients and high-impact projects. Scout national and international growth opportunities by managing sector relationships. Determine relevant growth streams by country based on strategic plans.
- Strategic Retreat Support: Aggregate, review, and ensure consistency across commercial growth levers to form a comprehensive strategic plan.
Operational Support and Implementation
- Business Model Design Support: Support countries in developing business models for commercial opportunities, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Operational Business Plan Support: Assist countries in developing and validating operational business plans for commercial initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Special Projects
- Lead of COO Special Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects such as colocation pricing analysis and AI use case identification, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Candidate Profile
Academic Profile
- Education: Telecommunications Engineer or similar, with an MBA or postgraduate in economics/management.
- Languages: English - Advanced (must-have). Additional languages are valuable.
Software Tools
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): Advanced (must-have).
Experience
- 2-3 years in commercial roles, contract management, or business development.
- Experience in strategic analysis frameworks and telecom infrastructure agreements.
- Strong understanding of telecom industry dynamics, TowerCo business models, and financial drivers.
- Ability to analyze contract terms and regulatory impacts, making data-driven recommendations.
- Skilled in building cross-departmental relationships and facilitating contract execution.
