This position will identify and develop organic growth opportunities, support operational business plans, and lead special projects that align with our company priorities. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by collaborating with key players and ensuring the success of commercial development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Development and Growth
  • Commercial Model Design Lead: Develop and lead end-to-end commercial models for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Organic Growth Opportunities: Identify and develop organic strategic opportunities that emerge at the headquarters level, including cross-country initiatives with major clients and high-impact strategic projects that require centralized coordination due to their complexity.
  • Identify relevant growth streams by country according to the strategic plan to ensure the right growth support in the country agenda.
  • Strategic Retreat Support: Aggregate, review, and guarantee consistency on the different commercial growth levers (densification, asset rationalization, etc.) to form a comprehensive strategic plan.
Operational Support and Implementation
  • Business Model Design Support: Provide skilled support to the Countries related to the business model approach on commercial opportunities, ensuring alignment with Company Guidelines.
  • Operational Business Plan Support: Assist the Countries in developing, preparing, and validating the operating business plan of the commercial opportunities.
Cross-functional Leadership and Special Projects
  • Lead of COO Special Initiatives: Require cross-functional leadership to analyze and implement relevant projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities. Examples include colocation pricing analysis and generative AI potential foundational use cases identification as a TowerCo.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Academic Profile:
  • Education: Telecommunications Engineer or similar with an MBA or other economics/management postgraduate.
  • Languages:
  • English - Must-have: Advanced
  • Any other Cellnex language - Valuable: Intermediate
Software Tools:
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): Must-have: Advanced
Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial roles, contract management, or business development.
  • Experience in strategic analysis frameworks (market, competition, financial, regulatory, technology analysis).
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure agreements and telco industry practices.
  • Deep understanding of telecom industry dynamics, TowerCo business models, and financial drivers for infrastructure agreements.
  • Ability to analyze contract terms, financial implications, and regulatory impacts, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Skilled at building relationships across departments, facilitating smooth contract execution.
