FILLING FRAGRANCES SHIFT LEADER

Granollers filling fragrances area is recruiting a Shift Leader to manage and control safety, quality, service, and cost according to company targets. Please note that the working hours for this role are fixed afternoon shifts, but we can discuss preferences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing safety, quality, service, and cost control in line with company targets.

Your main focus includes:

• Ensuring adherence to safety rules, applying countermeasures, and conducting initial analysis during shift events.
• Managing quality standards during the shift, analyzing events, and coordinating countermeasures and reworks as needed.
• Being aware of service needs and urgencies, responding accordingly based on established standards.
• Managing line costs by acting according to escalation processes when OEE, speed, or HC deviate from targets.
• Managing resources according to defined priorities.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You enjoy technical and personnel management. As an experienced Shift Leader, you work with agility to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment. Additionally, you:

• Hold a degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
• Have experience with production processes in manufacturing.
• Are available for a rotating three-shift pattern, including weekends.
• Have team management experience.
• SAP skills are a plus.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
