Neurored Job Opportunity: Frontend Designer

Neurored helps global businesses digitize their operations in the fast-paced world of Trade, Transportation, and Logistics. We have developed the leading Transportation Management System (TMS) Software on Salesforce applications on the Salesforce AppExchange, becoming a reference partner of Salesforce worldwide.

We are looking for a talented designer with experience in Figma, good graphic taste, and the ability to seamlessly switch between design and code, especially CSS. If you are creative, proactive, and eager to work in a leading, international company with a multidisciplinary team and a positive work environment, we want to hear from you.

Your role will involve understanding user requirements, creating prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure a cohesive design implementation within our software product for the logistics industry supported by Salesforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience using Figma as a Developer Guide
• Strong functional skills, aptitude, and problem-solving abilities
• University degree in engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English (spoken, reading, and writing)

Preferred/Additional Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce environment
• Background in Java, TypeScript, or similar as a Frontend Developer
• Design experience for multi-platform environments, including mobile
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Confidence and determination in approaching challenges
• Experience managing complex projects
• Ability to adapt to international schedules and multicultural environments
• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and gather customer requirements
