Alantra, based in Madrid, seeks an Analyst for the Financial Institutions Group. You will work in a highly entrepreneurial environment within our Madrid FIG team.

Day-to-day includes supporting active mandates with marketing materials, modelling and valuations, data-room management, and market analyses. Analysts gain exposure to senior staff and direct client contact, with learning opportunities during tenure.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background and results.
• At least 1 year of experience from a leading investment bank, boutique, leverage finance house or Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• Excellent financial knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Assist active mandates with marketing materials, modelling, valuations and data-room management.
• Conduct market analyses, prepare market, strategic and industry peer analyses, and screen targets/buyers.
• Gain exposure to senior staff and direct client contact where possible.
