A leading company specializing in smart laundry technology is seeking two Field Technology Support Analysts in Europe. This role entails providing technical support for integrated cloud-connected systems, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, and ensuring a high-quality user experience for clients. Successful candidates will possess a blend of technical skills, customer service experience, and the ability to address complex technical problems both remotely and onsite across various sectors.

The Opportunity
We are hiring two Field Technology Support Analysts, one based in Northern Europe and one in Southern Europe, to join a fast-growing support team.
This is not a typical tech support role. You will be working with cloud-connected laundry systems where routers communicate directly with machines, and those machines talk to mobile and web platforms. You will diagnose, fix, and support these integrated systems both remotely and onsite across a wide range of commercial clients.
