Position: Field Technical Engineer Neuromodulation - Valencia

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support of equipment and assistance over the whole national territory to physicians.
• Support physicians during the enrolment and follow-up phase of clinical studies, and collaborate with the Therapy Marketing Group in those studies.
• Perform product presentations.
• Provide support to Sales Team.
• Analyze competitor\'s devices and maintain an updated marketing database.
• Perform training concerning the use of new products.
• Ensure all Abbott Medical standing Quality Procedures are followed.
• Provide market information to the Sales Department.
• Produce monthly reports on personal activities.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity.
• Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies with respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting.
• Keep informed his/her immediate manager (business progress, activities).
• Assist his/her manager to build the yearly operating plan required.
• Give support to other areas if it is necessary.
• This position is in contact with customers.
• The position requires a 60-70% travel.

Education & Competencies

SCHOOL OR UNIVERSITY QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree: Biomedical Engineer, Biotechnologist, Health Sciences, Engineering or similar. (Previous experience in Hospital/operating room).

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• English: high level B2- C1 Advanced.
• Medical background (preferable).
• Knowledge in computer: Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the sector or similar (Desired).
• Support in Hospital/operating room. (Desired).
